Policy of Reservation and Cancellation of Services
1.- Due to the high volume of reservations, we recommend you to pay your reservation as rapidly as possible, in order to be able to guarantee the services that you require. Due to the policies of the hotels and other suppliers, it is not possible to completely assure your reservation until we have received your payment.
2.- You can choose the means of payment: credit card or bank deposit. Your reservation is confirmed when our system has registered your payment as executed.
3.- All costs are expressed in United States of America Dollars and include the taxes required by law.
4.- If a reimbursement is required, we will charge a 15% of the total payment for administrative expenses.
5.- When we have registered your payment, we will send you an electronic voucher with the description of the services that you are paying. Any alteration or deterioration to the originality of this document turns it null.
6.- Please print your voucher and bring it with you.
7.- If you can not come in the agreed date, you must notify us as soon as possible, so we can make the proper adjustments.
8.- In case of cancellation or annulment of our services, you must notify us 30 days before the agreed date, so we can reimburse the 100% of your payment (minus the percentage expressed in point 4).
9.- All cancellation prior to 15 days before the agreed date has a charge of 50% on the total cost.
10.- If you annul our services one week before the agreed date, 75% of the total cost will be charged to you.
11.- If you annul our services 5 days before the due date, or you do not come in the agreed date (no-show), the 100% of the payment will be charged
