After touching down at the Hotel Atitlán helipad, you’ll embark on a unique cultural adventure. A scenic boat trip will take you to the San Juan La Laguna and Santiago Atitlán villages, where you’ll explore a local women’s textile cooperative and learn about ancient hand-weaving techniques, natural dyeing processes, and the rich cultural heritage of the Tz’utujil Maya people. Return to Hotel Atitlán and Departure

After this enriching cultural experience, you’ll return to Hotel Atitlán to board the helicopter for your flight back to Antigua or Guatemala City.

Aerial Tour of Lake Atitlán and Volcanoes

On the return journey, you’ll soar over San Jorge La Laguna and circle Lake Atitlán, taking in awe-inspiring views of the Atitlán, San Pedro, and Tolimán volcanoes from above. The 12-minute panoramic tour continues over San Miguel Dueñas, where you’ll see the Atacatengo and Fuego volcanoes.
