    Day 1

    Arrival – Antigua Guatemala

    Meet and greet at La Aurora International Airport and transfer to the City of Antigua Guatemala, (1 hour).

    Day 2

    Cultural Walking Tour In Antigua Guatemala

    After breakfast, it is time for our journey to the ruins and museums of the colonial city of Antigua Guatemala that combined with the cobbled streets and monasteries keep the stories and legends of those colonial times.

    In the afternoon, you will travel to La Azotea Farm where you can enjoy a guided tour observing coffee plants in their different stages of growth. You can also see the coffee museum and museum of Mayan music that includes a collection of Mayan Musical instruments, artifacts, costumes and naif paintings in an exhibit on three halls: Pre-Hispanic Maya, living Maya and Cofradia of Maximon. You can also admire the textiles and customs museum.

    Day 3

    Chichicastenango – Lake Atitlan

    After breakfast, you will be transferred to Chichicastenango Market. Here you will enjoy the traditions of the Quiche people, that every Thursday and Sunday set the ancient market, a colorful and unique indigenous commercial process.

    At 02:00 p.m. we will board our bus and head to Panajachel.

    Day 4

    Lake Atitlan

    This morning you will take a boat ride towards the villages of San Juan La Laguna and Santiago Atitlan where you can visit the women’s textile cooperative to see hand weaving and the natural dye and learn about the textiles, spiritualism, and beliefs of the T’zutujil Maya people.

    After we finish our visit to these magnificent villages, you will continue to Antigua Guatemala (2.5 hrs.).

    Day 5

    Yaxha National Park

    4:00 am transfer from Antigua to the airport – 6:30 am, Flight from Guatemala City to Flores.

    7:30 am, meet & greet at Flores airport and then will board our vehicle and we will be transported to Yaxha National Park (1 hour).

    The Yaxha archaeological site is located on the shores of the Yaxha Lake. Here we will walk through their causeways under an exuberant tropical forest that protects millennial Maya temples. We will conclude the day in the top of the temple 216, the highest structure in the place, where we will enjoy an unforgettable evening listening to the bird’s sing.

    After sunset, we will go to Flores Island for Lodging.


    Day 6

    Tikal National Park

    Today you will enjoy a magical archaeological site located inside the Mayan biosphere, and declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Destination in 1979.

    Here you will find that nature and archaeology are wonderfully blended. You will be able to see abundant wildlife, the Mayan forest, millennial temples silent witnesses of the birth and splendor as well as of the collapse of one of the most important civilizations on the planet, all this is in our visit to Tikal, The City of the Voices.

    Day 7

    Ixpanpajul Park

    Ixpanpajul is located about 15 km. From Flores Island, is a reserve with a splendid protected forest, which is a natural shelter of flora and fauna.
    Here you have two options of activities to do: Sky Walk while walking through the spectacular suspension bridges and the twisting paths, full of exuberant vegetation, you will have the opportunity of direct contact with nature.

    Canopy Tour, an adventurous tour, is flying in the middle of the trees, with cables and to observe nature just as the birds see it, in a fun and safe way.

    Nine daring platforms and a crossed cable system, placed in the highest and leafy trees will make this adventure unforgettable, flying as Tarzan did.
